Day of stationery
The stationery for the Wedding Day
Your wedding story doesn’t end with the invitations — it continues on the wedding day itself. With beautifully designed day-of stationery, every detail becomes part of the atmosphere: from personalized menus and elegant place cards or escort cards, to a seating chart that welcomes your guests, and ceremony or vow booklets that turn intimate moments into timeless keepsakes.
Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to match your overall wedding design, creating a cohesive and refined aesthetic. Beyond beauty, these elements guide and pamper your guests, offering them a seamless and unforgettable experience for their wedding weekend.
Because your wedding deserves more than decoration — it deserves a design that tells your story from the very first impression to the very last toast.

And the celebration doesn’t stop at the wedding day itself. We also design stationery for before and after events — from welcome party invitations and rehearsal dinner menus, to pool party signs and farewell brunch cards. These thoughtful touches extend the beauty of your stationery suite across your entire wedding weekend, ensuring every moment feels connected, curated, and unforgettable.
Beyond paper goods, we design custom welcome shoppers, personalized cocktail stirrers, bespoke napkins and many more pretty little details, ensuring that every gathering feels seamlessly tied to your wedding aesthetic. These thoughtful touches transform each moment into a curated experience, giving your guests a warm and unforgettable journey through Italy.
Design Process
Timing: 3-4 days
The Quote is drawn up in 3-4 working days and is revised according to your needs as many times as you wish. Once you have signed the Quote and secured the deposit, the design can begin. Together with the Quote you will receive a Timeline of the next steps together.
Timing: 2 months circa
This is the phase in which we design the aesthetics for your day, both having previously taken care of your invitations, but also in case you only want to entrust us with this part. As with the invitations, we will share the first drafts with at least 3 different day-of designs, which will be the starting point for 3 other rounds of edits to fine tune the smaller details. Once we’re towards the final design we’ll share with you the Print Acknowledgement for production.
Timing: 30 days circa
Once these PAs have also been signed and filled, we proceed with the printing and assembly of all the elements to accompany your wedding day. Also in this case we will coordinate the different production phases and the suppliers involved like guiding an orchestra. Keep an eye on our Instagram Stories, you can glimpse some menus and seating charts in production!
Timing: undefinable in advance
The last step of the process is the shipment of your day of items: they will be delivered, based on your needs, to your planner or directly to the location, so as to facilitate whoever will take care of the setup. For these items you will also receive a code to track the shipment.
The documents
we share with you

It is the document which, together with the payment of the deposit, reserves our availability for your wedding date and allows us to start the design. You will also find the Conditions of Sales which we recommend reading very carefully.

The Standard Timeline states what to expect and when, from both sides. It explains when you’ll be receiving your proposals, when wordings are due from your end, when PAs need signing and your invitations are ready to be shipped.
It is possible to have a Urgency Timeline, if deadlines are missed or you need a faster track. If the Urgency Timeline cannot be fully met, we may deliver only the print-ready digital files, leaving production to the client or wedding planner.

This document summarizes what we are going to produce and with what graphic/aesthetic peculiarities, and must be scrupulously checked in all its parts. It contains a 1:1 scale proof of the media, so that when you print the document at home you will have a better understanding of the sizes of elements. It must be filled in with the date and quantity of copies for each element, as well as signed by a member of the couple.

This document summarizes all the elements that have been really made compared to the originally signed Quote. The quantities confirmed in the Print Acknowledgement, shipping costs, any bank intermediation fees or urgency fees are taken into consideration. The payment of the final installment is required in order to ship the material.
